2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, business name, industry, the goal you select, and any notes you write. If you purchase a product or engage our services, we also collect billing details through our payment processor.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our analytics providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and the site that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
What we do not collect. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for sensitive categories of personal data such as health, biometric, or government identification numbers.
3. How we use your information

4. We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example our email provider, form processor, analytics provider, payment processor, and CRM — and only so they can perform work on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Advertising and analytics
We may use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta advertising pixel. These tools use cookies to understand how visitors use our site and to show our ads to people who have visited. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and you can adjust ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.
6. Website visitor identification
B5 offers a Lead Recovery System that identifies business visitors to our clients' websites using third-party data sources. Where we use similar technology on our own site, it is used only to understand which businesses have shown interest in our services, and it is subject to this policy. We do not use it to build profiles of individuals for resale.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email del@b5marketing.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation. We honor those rights regardless of where you are located.
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clicking it stops marketing email immediately; we may still contact you about work we are actively doing for you.
8. How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
9. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on our homepage.
